In a recent interview with CEOCFO Magazine, ZorroSign CEO and Co-Founder discussed three major gaps in the eSignature and DTM solutions currently on the market. First, real electronic signatures that are legally acceptable in the court of law without the need for third party intervention or verification. Second, to eliminate hard dependency on 3rd party digital security certificates that expire frequently rendering legal documents useless.
